I asked for a double room with air-con and really good channels, as for instance and they kindly provided it. A shower and curtains were very handy.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was wonderful, it had particularly good location near the restaurant, and the beach and the restaurant. The rooms were quiet and mine was large with a TV, really good channels, air-con: )

every member of staff was helpful. thoroughly enjoyed climate control and a kettle in the room. it included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom.

The location is very convenient, being right next to a big supermarket and near the buses and mall. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and are very close to each other. I loved the small garden where you can enjoy breakfast or sit at a small table in front of your room. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the great room with its spacious layout and comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the showers were refreshing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even accommodating our late check-in and providing hot water for our noodles. The location was convenient, with a big supermarket nearby and a bus stop within walking distance. Despite being by the road, the area was surprisingly quiet, making it perfect for exploring on a locally rented motorbike. Plus, there was a beach just a short drive away!

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

During my business trip, I had a nice experience at this budget accommodation. I appreciated the complementary tea, coffee, and hot/cold water provided. the location was also convenient being near a big supermarket and close to public transportation. the comfortable room and quiet atmosphere were enjoyable.

One staff member was quite rude, making our first impression of the hotel unpleasant. the location was also quite far from the main tourist area.

I had a fantastic stay at Darius' Residences in Moalboal. The room was spotless and had a European feel to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find free coffee and fresh water provided. The rental scooters offered were almost brand new and reasonably priced. The location was quiet, yet conveniently close to a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value and outstanding service.

Fast wifi and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. The room had a comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked well. We could rent motorbikes for a good price, which was helpful for exploring the area. The hotel is located near a big mall, where we could find everything we needed, including a coffee shop and an ATM.

The hotel was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. The thin windows were ineffective in filtering out noise, and other guests were often loud and disruptive.

Stayed at an amazing place with a superb owner, always smiling and helping to make our stay jaw-dropping. The place had everything we needed - hot shower, delicious Filipino breakfast, clothes rack, mini garden, fast wifi, and TV. The location was convenient, next to a mall where we could buy groceries and eat. Can't wait to book our stay here again!

In addition, the staff was very helpful with transportation and scooter rentals. We loved how close this hotel was to the beach and the city center. The location was great as it was right next to a big supermarket and close to several beautiful beaches.

The complimentary tea, coffee, and access to hot and cold water were a fantastic bonus. The male staff member was incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location, though a bit far from the hustle and bustle, offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
